Lead by Christian Papaik and his ATEAM, We are a family-owned construction company, proudly serving the Greater Atlanta and North Georgia regions since 1996. Specializing in high-end homes, communities, and commercial spaces, we cater to clients who demand excellence. Our story began when the Papaik family relocated from Naples, Florida, to Atlanta during the 1996 Olympics to pursue the American Dream of building and developing real estate. Chris Papaik, raised in an entrepreneurial family, learned the trade early, working summers on luxury residential and multifamily projects in Marco Island, Florida, where he grew up. His father was a prominent developer of Kroger-anchored shopping centers and resorts, instilling in Chris a passion for the industry. Today, the ATEAM has grown, with each of Chris’s five children playing key roles in construction, marketing, sales, investor relations, and advisory.
